What is FIRE?
FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) is a movement focused on extreme savings and smart investing to retire decades earlier than traditional timelines. The goal is to accumulate 25-33x your annual expenses.
The 4% Rule
Based on the Trinity Study, you can withdraw 4% of your portfolio annually (adjusted for inflation) with ~95% historical success over 30 years. This means you need 25x your annual expenses saved.
